5 SIMPLE STEPS HOW TO MAKE A BANANA MILKSHAKE



Ingredients;

3 Banana's 
1/2 cup of Milk
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Double Cream (optional)
1/2 a spoon of Sugar 

Equipment:

Spoon
Serving Glass




I have been having milkshakes for the longest time now, and I will definitely say this has accounted to keeping me in shape and in the same figure for many years. 

Before we get into the recipe of making this superfood, I want to share the benefits of having this in your diet and why your body will love you for it. If you are into fitness like I am or are thinking of doing fitness more regularly, I highly recommend this 30 minutes prior to your workout.
